Mobile Headshot Pricing Overview

 

• $50 photographer setup fee (non-refundable deposit, pre-booking): This deposit secures your session in advance.

• $100 photographer setup fee (day of shoot): This fee applies if booked on the same day as the session.

• $150 individual headshot session – includes 3 professionally edited images

• $100 per person for teams of 2+ – includes 2–3 professionally edited images per person

• On-site image selection

• Background options: black or white on-site, client-provided office spaces, outdoor (weather permitting)

• $25 digital backgrounds : Your headshot expertly cut out and placed on a custom digital background

• Sliding-scale travel fee based on mileage
