At WhoShotCha Photography, we understand the importance

of professional headshots for businesses.

A great headshot conveys professionalism and trust,

making it a critical asset for companies looking to enhance their

brand identity, improve their online presence, and make a strong impression on

clients and partners. We are a mobile photography business,

meaning we bring the studio to your office, making the process

more convenient for your team and minimizing downtime.

Mobile Headshot Pricing Overview

$50 photographer setup fee (non-refundable deposit, pre-booking): This deposit secures your session in advance.
$100 photographer setup fee (day of shoot): This fee applies if booked on the same day as the session.
$150 individual headshot session – includes 3 professionally edited images
$100 per person for teams of 2+ – includes 2–3 professionally edited images per person
On-site image selection
Background options: black or white on-site, client-provided office spaces, outdoor (weather permitting)
$25 digital backgrounds: Your headshot expertly cut out and placed on a custom digital background
Sliding-scale travel fee based on mileage

Each photo shoot is scheduled for

45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on your session type.

During that time, we aim to capture as many high-quality images as possible,

including a variety of poses, groupings, and angles.

Whether it’s a group photo, family session, sports portraits,

or individual shots, we work quickly to maximize your results.

You’re welcome to do multiple poses, outfit changes, and background setups,

as time allows. Please keep in mind that the more time

spent changing outfits or backgrounds,

the less time we’ll have for shooting—so we recommend

planning ahead to get the most value from your session.

After the shoot, you’ll view and select your favorite images on-site.

Once you’ve made your selections, you can then choose the

photo package that best fits your needs,

all in the same visit. There’s no pressure to decide before your session

—you pick your package after seeing your photos.

Our goal is to deliver a smooth, professional experience while

capturing images you’ll love.

After the shoot, only the photos you've chosen will undergo editing.

Once edited, a folder containing these images, watermarked for preview,

will be uploaded for your review. You'll then have the opportunity to

finalize your package by selecting your preferred images.
